Schweickert is the Chief Strategy Officer of The Home Depot, a member of the Company’s Finance Executive Leadership Team, and the Head of the Strategic Business Development group and has overall responsibility for the formulation, planning, and execution of The Home Depot’s corporate strategy (including organic and inorganic strategic initiatives, M&A, special strategic projects, and THD Ventures). He also oversees the I.T. Finance group and is responsible for strategic planning, financial reporting, and analysis for The Home Depot’s annual enterprise I.T. spend.

Prior to The Home Depot, Schweickert was Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for Experian plc. He also had previous roles with JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America Securities as well as the Harvard Center for International Development. Schweickert is currently on the Board of Toolbank U.S.A., Positive Coaching Alliance, Sococo, and Countervail Investments.

Schweickert holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and a BS from Cambridge University/Babson College.
